Hi everyone,

I just realised that I should be posting my losses on here too. I have a diary on the normal thread if anyone wants to read it! This is my first week on CD and also unfortunately TOTM. But nonetheless I have lost 5 pounds.:scale:

Onwards and downwards.:D

A good start S-S.

wow mindless.
just think 100lbs gone by the end of the month.
that will need bottling.

My fat doesn't go to the sky-renderers.
I make nettles.
We don't have mains drains & our primaive cess pit-soak away isn't even on our land.It goes under the drive & comes out in our neighbors field. The lucky fellow.
Now as I see it.I drink water to flush the ketones out in my wee.the more I drink ,the more gets flushed out.
Consequently the more i drink & shrink the more I am feeding the nettles that grow in a large & verdant clump in the middle of the field.
my aim is to have the biggest ,most luxurient nettle clump in the county.:D

Stunning, just shows what a ticker can do - you're creaming (sorry low fat dairy substituting) it.

We must all make the most of lifes unexpected pleasures

Week 19. OVERWEIGHT TODAY.

well here it is. the W/I that takes me into the overweight category.
loss =2lbs. total loss to date = 70lbs = 5stone exactly

well there are a few caveats to this
1.it's nah but just
2.it's on my scales not CDC's(but all measurements done from mine as cdc confused me by having 2 sets for a while)
3. my fluid balance is a bit haywire at present with migraine et al.

Ah well DQ - you got another fortnight to design any badges - :D

Lost 3.5lbs to go to 99.5 lbs lost but as I only count full pounds - and do not round up - I am stuck at 99lbs gone and the CDC is off on her hols so June 4th is the day when hopefully the ton is breached officially.

So 99 down and (at present) 58 to go

So why do yuo say 'at present' 58 to go?
areyou thinking of revising the end point?

not really sure to be honest.

The Doctor at my annual medical gave me some feedback after the body composition analysis and said I had 40lb of fat to lose to be within the ideal fat amount for my ideal weight - there is a far more complicated explanation on my diary thread I think - still that would take me down to not quite my goal. The rest she said would be skin and muscle.

She was hintimating that to get to goal, I would effectively be going below my goal weight therefore in terms of the important stuff - fat.

This is not a 'sod it, giving up shy of the mark' kinda statement as my goal had no scientific basis - just liked the number it represented. (200lbs). I shall look at it when much closer and see how difficult it is becoming to lose to see if worthwhile.

Oh the problems of having more muscle than you should !

Ah that's good.
She must have had one of these v expensive body fat analysis scales.
Well if they say goal should be raised a bit who are you to argue eh?
