Hmmm, I think I may be off plan (ish) for the next few days. :eek: I've had a bad stomach bug for the past few days but have continued to eat normally. I'm going to try to stay on plan but avoid all fruit and vegetables and high fibre foods. I'm actually really hungry but it's making my stomach very unhappy. I accept that I may gain weight this week. I'm also quite sure that my 2.5lb weight loss was due to my stomach bug.
 
Oh dear, i hope you feel better soon sweetheart. just do what feels right for your body and that has to be the right thing. Dont worry about any gains you might have, better to be healthy and dow aht your body needs rather than do more damage by trying to eat things you know are not good for you atm.
Im off plan tonight as well but i cant blame it on being ill! oppsie
