    :DHi all, last week I did Stirky's week 100% challenge & it was great to keep me motivated (thanks stirky).

    I need something else this week to keep me going any ideas of a new challenge or would people be interested in doing the smae one again
    * Stick to the meal & snack plan 100% (no cheating
    * Exercise 3 times a week
    * Drink atleast 2 litres of water a day?

    Hi Lyndzi, glad you enjoyed the challenge and stuck with it :) I'd be happy to carry on with the same one for another week, unless anybody else can come up with something a bit different ;) It's great to have a challenge on the go to keep us all motivated, so much easier to do it with others than going alone.

    Yep, I agree. It has kept me on the straight and narrow. I really enjoyed it.
