Has anyone else had a change in their normal cycle since starting exante? Sorry to start a thread that will put most people off their food but wondering if it is common or just me?
Changes to monthly cycle....

Ive never heard that this diet could affect your monthly cycle because you body is still getting all of the nutritions it needs however i would suggest you go on to the main exante sight and email them about it and see what they say because its best to be safe then sorry. Hope this helps

Thanks. I read in the leaflet that came with the products that a woman's hormone balance can change when losing weight which can alter the normal cycle. Thinking it could just be this. If it continues though will be off to see my gp just in case.
