Changing from VLCD

    Hi, I've just swopped from Cambridge so was already in ketosis and lost 6.7 stone. I still have 1.5 stone to lose but wanted to reintroduce food and this seemed the most natural way but I'm getting fatter! I'm having NLY with berries for breakfast or a protein shake. Chicken and cabbage for lunch, a few nuts then something like lean mince with cauliflower mash for dinner. Have I ruined my metabolism????

    Wow well done on your loss! That's great. Protein shake isn't allowed on Thd? And nuts are not allowed until you are looking to maintain. I would also warn to be wary particularly with the yoghurt as lots of people (me included) are dairy intolerant.

    Have you read the book? Did you do phase 1? If so how did it go? How long have you been off cd? X
