Hi, I've just swopped from Cambridge so was already in ketosis and lost 6.7 stone. I still have 1.5 stone to lose but wanted to reintroduce food and this seemed the most natural way but I'm getting fatter! I'm having NLY with berries for breakfast or a protein shake. Chicken and cabbage for lunch, a few nuts then something like lean mince with cauliflower mash for dinner. Have I ruined my metabolism????
