Changing my tracker to Simply Filling

Can anyone tell me how I change my e source tracker from points to sf?

Or is the whole point that I dont track?

What about any weeklies I use?

There is a thing that says preference - and mine currently says counting - but i cant figure out how, or if, im supposed to change it.

As its my day off today and I have loads of time to cook/prepare I thought I might give sf a go.
 
Sorry I don't no how to! U still get ur 49 weeklies so that should stay the same
 
Well I have tracked it on my usual tracker and have so far only used 18 points - and it has been simple and filling! Porridge for breakfast. fruit and 0% greek yoghurt. WW wraps with tuna, gherkin, spring onion, radish, rocket and tomato. Just had chicken stir fry for tea followed by sugar free jelly and possibly some more fruit later?
 
Where it says "Counting" it should say edit next to it - Click that, then it gives you options - the second one "ProPoints Tracker preference:" click edit, change to "Filling & Healthy" and save, and it'll change it to F&H

Not quite sure if that helps.. :)
Thinking of changing to F&H this week for a change..!
