Its day 18 for me and I have been having a terrible burning sensation in my chest and have been feeling really sick..I spoke to the pharmasist and she said my body could be now fighting against the full program as it needs to have food! She has suggested that after my next WI I change to the Maintenance prog instead to lose the remainder of the weight (which is 1 stone 7lbs) to get me to goal. Please can you all share your thoughts on this? If I were to change, would I still need to do refeed if changing to the other prog as will still be using maintenance to lose weight not to maintain - i'm confused :(

The maintence programme you still loose a couple of pounds per week and its a good way of getting back to eating again - which is a challenge for a lot of us! If you are having problems with SSing maybe try it for a week or two and if its not for you go back to SSing again?
