Hi everyone, I've been doing lipotrim for a month and I ran out of shakes today and couldn't get more as it's bank holiday. I can only stomach the chocolate shakes so that's all I've been having. Thank god I've found a cambridge diet consultant who gave me a couple of shakes to tide me over - I've decided to change over properly as there's loads more choice, it's cheaper and there's a consultant five mins up road from me so I don't have to travel 40mins to get to nearest pharmacy! Still doing total food replacement so hope it still goes well! Thanks to everyone who gave me advice today and helped me out - THANKS! :)

I've done the same hun. If you SS on CD then it is practically the same diet, but with different flavors. I've worked my way up the plan now on CD and am having a low carb meal. I'm thinking of having two low carb meals now and just one shake a day. Weigh in tomorrow. If I've lost the 2lbs then thats what I'll do. I'll have got to goal, but just want that SIZE 12!!!

Good luck, I'm not surprised your switching though, the pharmacy let you down big time, very naughty of them. xx
