CharleyBarley - my new 2014 diary with pics

that stir fry looks lush! i managed to get some frozen cherries today...how good is it to munch them without mucking about with the stones! lol tried some with greek yog, which seemed to freeze on the cherries...but i didn't like it? maybe the full fat greek yog would be better? haven't had it before but i'm pretty sure it would've been better than what i had...tasted naff :( well done for being on track huni :D x Sent from my iPhone using MiniMins

Ooh bugger have you? I can't find them anywhere!! I love them so much!!!! Nah I am not a fan of freezing yogurt, it just doesn't taste the same as proper frozen yogurt!!!

I hope you are well love, I haven't really been keeping up with other diaries lately xxx

Wednesday 14th May

B - 2 LMc saus (1) for ketchup

L - chick pea loaf and salad

image-2345225666.jpg

S - Oaty bar (HEB) velvet crunch (4).

All was well until we suffered a power cut for a couple of hours, so our wonderful head of department went out and came back with an ice cream for everyone!! I honestly didn't want it, but I felt bad not accepting it, so ...

Magnum (12) ?

D - Pizza Chips! (HEA x2)

Syns - 17 - I suppose it could have been worse, I just wished I hadn't had the velvet crunch, then I would have been within. It felt so naughty though

I got them in tesco...not bad for £2 cos fresh ones are so pricey until it's the right season!

Didn't think the yog would freeze...it was weird but won't be doing that again lol

I'm good thanks, and don't worry about the extra syns... ;) x

Thursday 15th May

Hi all

I was up mega early today (4:30!!) no reason other than I couldn't get back off to sleep - I lay there and felt hungry so I got up and took my kindle into the living room and had a coffee and a hi Fi bar and read the final instalment of hunger games!! Loving it.

Other than that my day has been pretty uneventful (not that the above was in anyway eventful!)

B1 - Hi Fi Bar (HEB)

B2 - 2 BGTY saus and tiny blob of catsup (2)

image-3060415402.jpg

Snack - Apple

L - Chickpea Loaf and salad

image-3816971305.jpg

Snack - Honey (1) yogurt and banana

D - Chilli con carne and rice (HEA) for cheese

image-3613241034.jpg

S - Apple

Syns - 3 !!!! Not intentionally low but I haven't felt the need to feed today

Up at 430am. Sheesh. I'd probably keel over at 11! I don't cope well without sleep. Glad you squeezed in some hunger games though xx

Friday 16th May - :scale:

I only went and lost 4lb b!oody pounds!!!!! :greenapple:

I am so happy and so surprised at myself. I was secretly hoping for 3lbs, so I excelled myself.

I will therefore continue in the same vein as last week, hardly any bread (although I had a WW petit pain this morning as a celebration!) and only salad and protein for work lunches.

Today I celebrated with a delicious cheese toastie with basil (HEB & HEA) for breakfast

image-3894050861.jpg

Lunch - is going to be a Leftover Friday day - I have no spinach left and no tomatoes left, so its a gathering of whatever is left in the fridge really.

image-3488307747.jpg

A veritable feast I think you'll agree. Syns wise (3) for seafood sauce and (1) for the squidge of honey in the yogurt

Snacks - I have an apple and banana and some cheese and onion pom bears (5)

Dinner - Will be Gammon Steak, fried egg, jacket potato and salad (2) for chilli sauce

Syns - 11

I am going on a mission to find frozen black cherries tonight!

I have a dinner party tomorrow! Its looking like its going to be picky bits and a bbq, so I can keep syns down fairly well, its the dessert I will struggle with, but if I only have a teeny bit of it, I should be able to claw it back over the weekend. I plan on going to the gym Saturday and Sunday morning too.

Thanks hun! I am so ruddy pleased, I rarely get losses like that - my biggest loss is 3lb, so this is phenom.

It also occurred to me that I have lost exactly 1 stone since New Year! I should have lost a lot more, but it is worth semi-celebrating this milestone!

I appear to have lost an Ostrich Egg, has anyone seen it?

Funny that in total I need to lose another 60lb, before I hit my target! I want to lose an Elephant's Penis!

Wow, 4lbs is fantastic, so chuffed for you! Still not had time for a proper catch up on your diary but after my exam we'll have to have a good natter about the wedding and talk dresses etc! Xxx
