Been doing slimming world from October but have hit a brick wall from feb because I had to Liverpool, Amsterdam, st paddys and Easter to deal with lol

Starting afresh and making a new diary
 
Week 1

Day 1:

Weight: (weigh in tonight) 8:13.5. STS

Breakfast: 35g porridge oats (hexb) honey (2)
150ml ss milk (hexa)
Pear
Snack: 2 sweets (7)

Lunch: egg omelette with tomato, mushrooms, jalapeños, onion

Snack: chocolate egg (6)

Dinner: pasta bolengse

Syns: 15/15

Not much water or work because its weigh in day

Am just pottering around the site & found you here! Is the other diary non existant now? How come you've started a new one? Good luck with the last 7lbs, as they're a b**** to get rid of as I well know lol! xx
 
Lol I left a message on my other diary this morning:)

Just felt I needed a complete restart if ya know what I mean. This way I can stop dwelling on the past (looking at incomplete diary entries) and just start afresh

Well not only did my mum show up today. But she showed up with 9 eggs!!!!!
Fml. I ate two chocolates but I'm stopping at that
 
I found you! I remember being that close to target now I'm ten lbs away! It's so hard when your so close and gets frustrating

Hi, just thought is pop in an read your diary, i am similar to you, i have 3lb to go to get to target (9stone) but i want 7lb off as thats only an interim target id be happy just under 9 then i can keep 9 as my limit. Good luck!!

Welcome on being so close to target! My intern target is 8.7 but would love to be 8.3. It's so hard getting to target. It's been the hardest part of my journey
 
Day 2

Breakfast: wholemeal toastie. (Hexb + 5)
Cheese (hexa)
Tomato, jalapeño

Snack: 2 sweets and bit of chocolate egg (10)

Dinner: spiced mince and veg in lettuce cups

Snack: low fat supernoodles

Day 3

Breakfast: mince with loads of veg.
Cheese (hexa)

Snack: Easter egg (10)

Lunch: subway salad with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, pickles, hot sauce bacon

Snack: cookie (5) and more chocolate eggs lol :( well over syns today. But I'm threw rest in bin!

Dinner: chicken, potatoes and carrots

Snack: alpen light (hexb)

Breakfast: 35g porridge oats with milk (hexa and b) tsp of sugar (1.5) banana

Snack: 1/4 of brown bread with cheese (2)

Lunch: low fat supernoodles, kiwi

Dinner: burrito packed with veg and boiled rice (10)

Snack: plum and kiwi

2+ litres of water
