In a panicky pickle :'(

Bad day is getting worse... My hubby was trapped by work which has led to him being trapped by motorways :( And it's supermarket night!!

The cupboards are bare lol & I'm starving. Plus I go to bed at 9:30... I'm either going to not bother with dinner or it'll be lazy pizza time. I'm so hungry & I can't shop this hungry - I'll flake out!!!

6th Dec (Day 36) Green

Snack - 2x Segsations (4)

Lunch - Soup (1)

Advent choccy x2 (2)

Dinner - Jacket potato & Tuna (HexB)

Snack - Müllerlight, strawberries & banana

Snack - 2x Alpen Light

HexA in coffee & tea

I was out of breakfast items this morning, so popped into Costa by work as they sell Alpen Light bars & thought as it's so bloody cold I'd treat myself to a skinny mocha.... ALAS!! Nothing I could eat on plan (although surely Christmas cake is fruit??) and no hot chocolate. So I bought a skinny coffee for million pounds out of shame... When we have coffee & milk in the office. For free. Oh well.

Right. I want to get this 8 lbs off. It'll leave me a mere 2 st to target :D

I'm normally all organised during the week & give in to disarray at the weekends. So I've planned this weekends food - all 3 meals & snacks for Sat & Sun. If I still fail then there's no hope!! ;)

I would love to get to my mini Christmas target (which is the same evil 8 lbs) but I've kinda run out of time... I have 2 Monday weigh ins before Christmas & I'm going to weigh on the Friday before for peace of mind. But next week is * week again... seems to come around so quickly!!

Anything off will be a bonus, I'm just aiming to STS til the new year where I can start afresh & be slim for summer!!

Hubby's been at home today, & he brought KFC in after he popped out. He really doesn't get that I'm dieting :( Ah well, he's supportive, he just doesn't think lol. He likes to bring me surprises... Which are usually food based! I've explained I really like flowers & shoes but it hasn't sunk in!

So if I'm hungry later I'll have some soup. Otherwise I won't eat dinner. I also haven't done any exercise this week as I've been so tired & busy.

I might just give up :(

I've decided to leave it all until the New Year... I won't be too bad, I rarely am lol ;)

My head just isn't in the right place atm, so fresh start in a couple of weeks!

Hey Hun! I've not been on plan, on the forum or to WI for a while but I've decided I can't carry on the way I am so I'm back on plan with a vengeance tomorrow.... Damage limitation before Xmas! I've been so so unmotivated.... Why don't you join me? :) xx
 
Good thinking, I've been awful!! :) Gonna weigh today & try to make sure I haven't put on by Christmas eve. That's my goal, I'd like to lose but I really don't think it's likely :D I'm not gonna keep the diary up though, too busy lol! But I'll try & keep on it!

Feeling quite good today. Which is odd. It's * week I should be grumpy ;)

I've got an interview next week which caused a panic - my interview skirt suit is stupidly big on me! So I had quick look in town & found a trousers & waistcoat that fit perfectly & look amazing!!

Well chuffed with myself ;) The trousers are a little loose but I think next size down would be too tight for the interview! No jacket though, but I hate suit jackets anyway & I'm more likely to wear the waistcoat alone to work. If I can find it online I'll buy it but I'm not too fussed.

I'm going to weigh this afternoon... Like a good girl. I know I've put on. But it's best to know the damage eh?! :'(

I just whipped up some kale & watercress soup - it's so yummy I want to eat it all!! I'm in work 2 full days this week, so that's my lunches sorted :) The rest will probably be omelettes or beans on toast lol.

I've decided green days for when I'm working as I get the bored hungries, so a mid morning mug shot, soupy lunch & then hot choccy when I get in ;)

So days at home & half days etc will be red - my red dinners tend to be quite recipe intense, so I have time to prep then before hungry hubby appears!

I'm also upping my exercise. I've decided my stepping routine is quite lazy so I'm back on the cross-trainer & if I feel super energetic I'll do some intense Wii Active workouts (highly recommend this if you have a Wii & a decent exercise tolerance, it actually works you unlike Wii Fit which is good for beginners & lazy days in my opinion ;)) Although, I'm not exactly Miss Fit, it seems my fitness is better than I pretend!!

I'm looking at joining the gym too (I used to love going as a teen, so much so I was underweight LOL!!!) but we might be moving, so I'm holding off to see here we end up! Need one with a pool & yoga classes... Our local council leisure centre has no yoga which is just plain rubbish ;)

So I'm not keeping the diary for a while, so I probably won't be on as much - I'm just going to keep pushing on & hope for the best until the new year. And if we do move, I might even consider going back to group!! Crazy or what?!! :D

2 lb off!! I don't deserve it at all. I expect it'll show up next week :)

Either that or chocolate, crisps, curry, KFC, wine, dip & no exercise helps... :eek:

I'm half on track in my head, going to spend the evening goon through old foodie magazines to get inspiration.... I love cooking and I haven't done much recently.... That's where I go wrong I think!

Aw thanks! I really don't deserve it but I won't complain too much ;)

I need to get my head back into cooking mode too - made a fab curry tonight. And I've stocked up on ingredients so should be easier!!

I think the weather makes me lazy lol ;)

10.5 syns today plus 45mins on the cross trainer & 30mins of yoga! I was going to stick to 10 syns, but I had poppadums with my syn free diner ;) Well worth it, so I'm not too concerned!

Bit rubbish today - forgot to take lunch to work so had a sarnie instead!! But it was wholemeal bread - so taking a HexB out of it makes it 6 syns :) & a bag of snack a jack curls 4.5 syns = a total of 10.5 again. Which I'm ok with! And 30 mins of yoga again, I've missed yoga. It's too cold for "proper" exercise at the moment!
