good menus, a couple of questions for you,
what is metzo and is your roll just a bulk standard roll,
im starting to get a bit nervous as my 4 weeks will be up soon so im trying to plan some menus
 
Matzo is a Jewish cracker similar to a ruskins cracker just a lot bigger 79 calories each. You will find them in Asda by the cream crackers.

And yes, I just use a wholemeal roll approxamately 3oz in weight as this is the same as 2 slices of bread which Rosemary recommends should be 1½oz each slice.
