So I have lost 9lbs on day 13 of the CD, still feeling hungry though most of the time:mad:. Anway lasy night I decided to cheat and had maltesers, well I paid for it with a very sore tummy but didnt gain any weight. I have been craving sushi so had about 6 small pieces of that. Now I feel more motivated to get straight back onto SS. Has anyone else had the odd cheat, climbed straight back on the wagon and continued to lose?:flirt2:
