Yup. I've cheated. Wouldn't say I was proud of it, nor trot out that old "never did me any harm" but the proof lies in weigh ins.
My losses that week weren't great but they weren't horrendous either. But I did resolve to get back on and get on with it. I could have let that one blip be the ruin of the diet, or I treat it as is, as a blip and get on with it.
I think the trick lies in not letting a blip become a "sod it" having the rest of the day/week off. Its a one time mistake. Thats all.
I really struggled with bingeing last week. Glad to say its resolved now though.
Now I always make sure I have a tetra/bar in my bag, just oin case.
