Not really advised to have food instead of your packs. Even on a WS day you should still have all 3 packs plus a 600cal meal xx

oooops tooooooooo late. Il not do it again but just had a 400 cal meal, egg and ham and it was bloooomin gorgeous xx

:)glad you enjoyed!! Im just waiting on my chicken cooking for a chicken salad. will be in heaven after so many TS days lol x

Hope you enjoyed your meal too. I think I am sticking to total till Im half way then will start adding food properly although i still would rather drop a pack and add on food, dont really get that.

The reason you have to have all 3 packs is to ensure you have all the nutrients etc that you need.

Theres nothing to stop you having the occasional WS day during the week though if it helps
