So here I am at the doorway of the CD House once again. Messed about for far too long and have managed to do exactly what I vowed I would never, no, could never do......I've regained most of my weight.
Feeling pretty down, but reckon you have to hit rock bottom before determination takes over so watch this space.
For those of you who have bothered to keep reading, let me give you the background. I did LL for 100 days before switching to CD, started at 16st1lb and got down to 10st10lb in Dec 2005. I felt absolutley flipping fantastic.
Hovered between 11st - 11 1/2st until April last year though I was trying to get down to 10st. I kept trying to stick with SS, but it was all a bit half hearted by then.
Following a holiday in April I've just gone up and up and had more day 1's than I can count. I'm now 14st 7lb and very cross with myself.
What have I learned?
Not to aim too low, I should've stabilised at 11st, I felt good there (that's why I started cheating and taking breaks
)
Not to cheat....it's a slippery slope.
Sure I've learned lots more but don't want to bore you!
