Yeah it was nice to eat what I fancied but so glad to be back to eating sensibly :)

Ooh that sounds gorg!! Take photos and if its a success I'd love to make it myself.

Had a brill time thanks, had 2 days of sun which was really nice and then 2 days of torrential rain, so we got dvds and booze and stayed cuddled up all day, was so lovely :)
We went to bridlington, filey, Scarborough and whitby, went paddling which nearly froze my feet off lol. All in all it was really good and so so nice to spend all week with the OH. He's going home tomorrow :-( its gonna be even harder saying bye after spending so much time together.

How have you been? X

Today I've had 2 alpen cereal bars and my Sunday dinner. Tonight because I struggle with snacking on a Sunday night when the other half has gone home I've planned on tinned makeral, crabsticks and tikka chicken instead of having had it for lunch, also got loads of fruit to use up so gonna do a massive fruit salad :)

Well I've had such a lazy day today, haven't even got dressed!!

I had shreddies for breakfast, I'm just about to get my lunch which will be tuna salad and then for my dinner tonight salmon chips and asparagus :)

Green day today.

I've had 2 alpen light cereal bars for brekkie, for lunch I'm gonna have savory rice with added mushrooms and veg and dinner is a toss up between a big bowl of pasta salad or loadsa sw chips with fried egg and beans.. decisions decisions :)

Hi Chelle, just stopping by to subscribe. Have only looked at this page but will definitely have a skim through the rest as your food looks lovely, particularly liking the salmon /asparagus . I wouldn't eat asparagus before I started SW but made a promise to myself that I'd give things a "second chance" that I'd previously ruled out eating. Found I actually enjoyed it too. Hope you're having a good day. xx

Hiya :) and thank you,

I could eat salmon every single day! I had 6 salmon fillets in 1 week before, and I lost 5lbs that week! It's expensive but so gorgeous

Xx

Well I knew it would be bad after being on holiday and it sure as hell was!!
5lbs on :'(
And to rub it in I got slimmer of the month! I feel such a fraud!

Hi hun x I've had a bad week do haven't been checking in, but I just remembered its your weigh day!!

5lbs isn't too bad, I think it could have been worse! And SOTM... Great :) regardless of a 5lb gain, overall you're doing so well xxx a few bumps in the road won't stop you from getting to where you're going xxx

I don't think 5 is bad at all. A friend of mine had a terrible experience at her group when she had a gain. She'd had a really hectic week of multiple birthdays and meals out etc and fully anticipated a gain as she knew she'd been way off plan. Anyways, when they came to do the image therapy and her consultant asked her to tell the group how she'd done every last one of them took a sharp intake of breath like they couldn't believe anyone could possibly gain that amount (7lbs) in a week. She was so mortified she didn't go back. Heck, if we can't put on a few pounds when we go away on holiday when can we?

You must've been doing things exceptionally well before you went away (haven't got to that bit of your diary yet, going to pick up where I left off this morning on p16 after I finish this) to get Slimmer of the Month so well done for that. Just shows the overall picture is rosy. You're not a fraud, you earned that with hard bloody work and determination and that's why you won SotM not SotW. You're a great example to everyone that you can gain and still have success. I hope it's on your fridge!

I weigh tomorrow. Looking forward to it but expecting a STS, not because I've been off plan just because that's how I feel within myself. So any loss and I'll be happy. xx

Langley Farm Virtually Fat Free Cottage cheese is FREE. I had some today and, like you, wasn't sure as I've never seen any cottage cheese with "fat free" on it just "low fat" etc.

Hiya, wow I feel bad for your friend, she should never of been made to feel like that :-(
Your all meant to support each other at group, that's the whole point of going.

Thanks for your kind words, yes I have all of my awards laminated and stuck on the fridge and also if I'm having a down day I use one as a place mat and just keep looking at it :) bizarre but seems to work for me :)

Thank you very much for reading my diary :) funny to think someone would pay attention to my ramblings lol.

I feel much better tonight, I've spoke to my mum and my OH and they've both told me in no uncertain terms to stop being stupid, pick myself back up and get back to proving my consultant wrong : D
So I'm going to have a 100% week this week and get that pesky 5lbs off :)

Good luck with your weigh in tomorrow, have Faith. I'll keep my fingers crossed and keep an eye on your diary xx
