Chermoula Chicken

Hi all, just a quick question, i'm planning on doing the chermoula chicken at the weekend, but i was just wondering, what does it actually taste like flavourwise? is it like honey glazed chicken? or is it a smokier flavour? i'm not too fussed about trying new things but the other half who isn't doing SW is a fussier eater than i am! :sigh2:!

I'd love to give an answer, but where did you find the recipe for the chicken?

It's in the Extra Easy cookbook - you use coriander and cayenne pepper, cumin, paprika, parsley and EIGHT garlic cloves!
