Brunch- two slices wm bread (400g loaf) (HEB)made into eggy bread with one egg and dash of milk. fried in frylight. served with beans. grapefruit sprinkled with splenda

snack- 8 olives (1 syn)
animal choc (5 syns) fromage frais with choc orange options stirred in and tangerine segments. (2 syns)
