    Food-luvin Friday

    Brunch- two slices wm bread (400g loaf) (HEB)made into eggy bread with one egg and dash of milk. fried in frylight. served with beans. grapefruit sprinkled with splenda

    snack- 8 olives (1 syn)
    animal choc (5 syns) fromage frais with choc orange options stirred in and tangerine segments. (2 syns)
    plum, few blueberries and raspberries
    mugshot

    Dinner- stir fry beef strips in chinese sauce (2 syns) served on bed of rocket salad and chick peas, beetroot.

    Snack- cottage cheese with sliced apple, baby plum tomatoes and olives ( 1/2 syn)
    +accidentally licked the cake mix spoon before realising what id done! (2 syns)

    HEA 100ml milk in hot drinks & 1 Deli light cheese cube
