cherrys 2nd stage of her weightloss journey.

Im cherry 41 have 3 girls and have a weight 'problem' my adult life.
I have just lost 50lbs from 1st march to 1st October on ww this year and I have 56lbs left to goal yes 106lbs total to lose :sigh:
I have been 100% on ww apart from 7 days in 7 months,I have gone from couch potatoe to zumba addict and this is where my second stage weightloss journey begins.
My zumba instructor does Bootcamp 3 times a week 4 weeks at 6.15am with a weightloss plan. No wheat No sugar No processed food,high end exercises done to make your metabolsim higher and Ive paid for the next 4 weeks :eek:
I have IBS mornings are bad so Im praying I can do it .
It starts Tuesday and everyweek until 13th November its Tue Thur Satd 6.15am to 7am.
They say you can lose upto 1 stone ,1 dress size?I dont think I will as Ive been on ww and exercising for 6 months but I hope I do.

One lady has said to of lost 19lbs in just under four weeks.........
I am going to post here each day how its going and how im feeling and food diary to look back on.

I hope in 30 days Ive dropped that dress size and a stone ;) x

Well first off, congrats on what you've lost so far, that's an amazing achievement!!!
And secondly, I think you're completely mental, lol. That bootcamp sounds intense, I'm sure it'll be great though, I hope you reach your goal by the end :)

I'm with Emz - fantastic on what you have done so far but the early mornings sound brutal. You must be feeling so chuffed with what you have achieved though, well done and keep going!

Hey well done on the 50lbs you have lost so far you are doing so well. The bootcamp sounds exactly what i need lol I could do with some strict discipline.Good luck with it. x
