Right holiday in 9 weeks and i really wanna drop another dress size im 9st 5lb at the mo and i'd be rather happy if i got down to 9st at the least but i'd rather be 8st something.... lol i've been naughty the last couple of months and just floating between 9st 8 and 9st 5 well enough is enough i need to get a few more pounds off before my hol and the summer :D so i need to write it down so i don't be naughty!!!

Sunday 20th

Breakfast... Cup of tea no sugar no milk

Dinner..... bacon & sausage sarnie 9pts

Tea...... free veg with chicken breast and 2 yorkshire puddings 4.5pts

Feeling good about this week!! even a lb off and i'll be happy. Its taken me so long to get back in the swing of the diet i think if i can get past that 9st 5 mark i'll be on my way again!!:D

Brecki- green tea

Dinner- Ham salad sarnie with lite mayo 3pts

Tea- light tea 3 fish fingers and some egg fried rice 4pts
