chicken curry making it up as i go

    well as it says im making it up as i go..
    I have chicken breast n creme fresh(low fat).

    mushroom,onion, peppers

    turmeic,curry powder,garlic,cumin,salt pepper in anything else i can find..

    any one have any suggestions on where to start lol!!!

    My Chicken Curry recipe is:

    Fry an onion in a pan with frylight. (3 mins)
    Add 2.5cm grated root ginger, 2 green chillies and 1tsp of each cumin, paprika, coriander, tumeric, season, 1tbsp of medium curry powder. (2 mins)
    Add chicken breasts (cut up) and add chicken stock made up with water and 400g passata.
    Boil then simmer for 45 mins and keep stirring.

    Just chuck it all in and boil and simmer! Experiment!!
