Red Day chicken pate

    put some chicken livers into the frying pan with a spray of frylight and cook.

    when cold put in the liquidiser with quark and what ever seasoning i.e. garlic and herbs liquidise until smooth then chill i think this will be free on a red day you can also do a salmon pate by cooking the salmon in the oven when cold blend with quark. :p
