Chicken thighs and drumsticks

Hi, does anybody know how many propoints there are in chicken thighs and drumsticks which are cooked without the skin.

I bought these as they are cheaper than breasts but I'm just hoping I've not added a load more points on to my dinner! lol.

I've been floating around for months not really doing anything but I'm trying to be strict now.
