    So I LOVE chicjen and the points, but getting a tad bored of the usual, roast etc. It's chicken breasts I have out and would love something tasty, Low points and different. That I'd prob have in the cupboard.

    Hope you guys can help my chicken crisis! :D x

    I make chicken pizza, i'm not sure of the points but u'll b able to eork it out.

    Get a chicken breast, cover with tom puree, mixed herbs then top with mozzerella cheese and cook in oven for around 20 mins until chickeb is cooked through.

    Stir fry sauces spice it up a bit with lots of 0pp veg, curry powder, Cajun spices served with peppers mmmm, wrap a bacon medallion round the chicken? (I only really eat chicken and was getting a bit bored of it plain also)

    I like chicken baked in the oven with a tsp of honey and a tsp of grain mustard mixed together and spread on the top. It goes fab with a salad, a baked potato, stir-fried or steamed veg.
