Chickpea Dahl

Trying to sort out my dinner for tonight but I need a bit of help! I've got a tin of Sainsbury Chickpea Dahl but I can't find the Syn value. There are other canned version of the Dahl ranging from Free to 1.5 - but cant find the Sainbury version.

Any ideas? I could just go worse cast scenario & got for a couple of syns but what if it's more?

Have to say I find the SW app pretty frustrating to use anyway but even more annoying when you can't find what you're looking for!

Any guidance will be most gratefully received!

This is the first post I could find under 'search' - as long as the recipe hasn't changed, at 11 syns on EE or Green I'd give it a wide berth
