    Interesting. As a child I drank unpasteurised milk, and that was certainly full fat. :D

    As did I Phill, it was practially straight from the cow (farmers daughter!) and I found that I never had any colds etc. I now drink shop bought semi skimmed and always have colds - obviously my immune is lower now!

    ive been told that everything natural is always better.

    you must remember that people have been surviving well for thousands of years...way before all of today's technology...

    Surviving and thriving are two different things, though ;)

    I used to work for one of the UK's railways, and by god the phrase "Because this is how it's always been done" was used by just about every Luddite there :D
