I made a Chilli Con Carne ths weekend and froze it in portions for lunch in the office WITH a sachet of Uncle Bens Microwave Rice. I used extra lean mince, kidney beans, tomato puree, onions and spices. Am I right in thinking that I can put this down to a Green day and Syn the mince?

I dont want to get this wrong so if anyone can clarify I would be very grateful! :confused:

Yes, although you'd need to syn the tomato puree as well.
But whey not just have it as EE and the mince would be free?
