Chilli powder & curry sprices?

Are these point free to use?

I most commonly use chilli powder, chilli flakes, turmeric, paprika, mixed herbs, garlic powder

Sorry for the influx of questions, just trying to make a seven day plan for meals so I can start on Sun so still getting my head around it :eek:
 
spices: fresh - 0pp
spices: dried - up to 1tbsp - 0pp. If more than 1tbsp then 1pp per tbsp.

but if you are putting it in a recipe, which is divided its very unlikely you are going to use more than a tablespoon. Or just use fresh :p

(edit: herbs are the same rules)

I don't think you have to worry too much about spices, according to me, all spices are free.

I am getting my weight watchers cooking books next week, I can't wait!
