I'm not entirely sure, I have a feeling that it's okay to have chilli powder but be careful about adding 'tons' of anything to your soups/shakes. Protect those ketones, baby :D

I also add some chilli to my soups. I think it's ok as long as you don't add tons. Cacee

I add chilli powder, paprika and cayenne pepper into my soups (not all at once) and it hasn't affected me in any bad way :)
