I am new to all of this it's my first time on this site so any tips are appreciated.
My question is how many points are in a chicken chow main from the Chinese? And how much is classed as a portion?

Well they say a restaurant portion is 9pp so most people double it for a take away portion but I suppose it depends on how much of it you eat. I either point the whole container as 18pp or share it with my partner

Thank you, I usually share it but with chips etc haha so may be just share the chow mein and will still be within points x

I have one as my treat every weekend with some chips and curry sauce yum yum.

I just use my weeklies to cover it, do you not have any weeklies left?

I only started yesterday haha but know I like my Chinese... So while I found this app thought id ask. Quite a complicated app to use tho...
Any tips on WW appreciated... I get bored easily and dont cook hubby does but only quick things as we have a baby x
