Hey! I can't find the SYNS for these anywhere! In the recent SW mag it has a takeaway section, and duck and pancakes, but doesn't state how many SYNS each pancake is, looked in the optimising book, nothing, searched this site nothing please can someone help?

If you have the calories then itll be straightforward 1 syn for every 20 cals as there is no free food allowance. HTH

If you google it you'll find most Chinese pancakes are about 35-40 cals

These are in the iPhone app the blue dragon rice pancakes 50g are 1 SYN each

Just to clarify-7g is 1 syn not 50g!!!

haha, yeah so 1 7g pancake is 1syn, 50g of rice pancakes would be a hell of a lot of pancakes!
