You could probably swap the quorn for chicken on an EE day
Serves 4 -9 syns (2 & 1/4 per person)
Method
Mix the egg,garlic & lemon rind together & add to the quorn pieces. Stir well & leave to marninate for 15 mins.
Add the cornflour to the quorn mixture & stir well until disolved.
Fry to quorn in a hot frying pan with the frylight until cooked through, add lemon juice & chilli sauce. Mix the honey in a bit of hot water and stir into the mixture.
Stir fry the mix of veggies in a seperate pan until cooked.
Serve with rice.

- 1 lightly beaten egg
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- rind & juice of 1 lemon
- 400g quorn pieces
- 1 tsp honey & hot water (1)
- 2 tbsp cornflour (7)
- Fry light
- 2 tsp sweet chilli sauce (1)
- Veg to stir fry (e.g mushrooms, peppers,onion, beansprouts etc)
- Rice to serve
