I'm having chinese for tea tonight but im worried about the syn values.
Now i only used 1 syn yesterday and so far only 1 today.
I'm going to be having
Salt and pepper squid
egg fried rice
and maybe a sweet and sour pork ball or two
how many syns would this work out i know the squid is going to be low as its free and cooked in very little oil but not to sure about the others.
