Tuesday -Extra easy

Breakfast-Fruit and natural yoghurt.
Lunch-Crabsticks and salad with mayo extra light.
Dinner-pasta, 28g cheese, veggies.
HEA=28g cheese
HEB=x2 Alpen bars
Syns=Magnium mini 8.5
biscuits 7.0
funsize bars 3.5

Wednesday (EE)
:eek: help starving!!!!!!
I do an Alpha course at the church on wednesdays and they feed us but not until 7.30pm so i have to save my alpen bars for a late afternoon snack. luckily the cook does sw himself so he does his best to keep things sw friendly but its not always possible.
Breakfast-banana,peach,orange,greek style fat free yoghurt.
Lunch- tesco value pasta and onion dry packet and cheese.
Dinner-Alpha course i will update later.

Hi folks just updating on the Alpha course food was scrummy way over on the syns though so will cut back tomorrow and then that should be. could of always of said no thank you i supose but :D
so here goes.
i've looked up syns in the book and hoped for the best.

we had pasta with veg bacon fried in oil- 2.0, 28g blue stilton -5.5, x2 bread stick thin slices 1 syn each so thats- 2.0, choc chip cookies x2 @ 3.5 each so thats-7.0
plus a toffee muller rice pot @10.0
total=26.5
 
Hi, thursday (green day).

Breakfast-large mushroom,toms,poached eggs.
Lunch-tinned spaghetti,tomatoes
Dinner-cous cous, quark and laughing cow triangle ex light mixed with peas.x2 quorn sausages.
HEA=laughing cow triangles.
HEB=Oats, x2 alpen lights.
syns= shapers bar 4.0
 
HI, Friday-Green day

Breakfast-Blueberries,orange and greek style ff yoghurt.
Lunch-jacket spud with beans and salad.
Dinner-smash pizza and peppers, tom puree, sweetcorn,with beans and cheese 28g.

Saturday- Green

Hea=laughing cow ex light plus milk
HeB=Oats/alpen lights x2
Breakfast=ready brek,milk,fruit and ff yoghurt
Lunch=pasta, sweetcorn,the ex light triangle,quorn fillet.
Dinner=smash pizza,poached egg,beans.

Syns=Shapers crisps (boots) 3.5
Fun size bar 3.5
choc finger 1.5
Martini dry 2.5
=11.0
 
Hi everyone i'm gonna miss out sunday as i had a blip and decided to go back to ww and then woke up this morning feeling bad so i'm back on track now 100%.

Walked for 1hr 20min
Monday-Green

Lunch=dry pasta and tomato with onion packet, salad, mullerlight.
Dinner=x2 quorn sausages, jacket potato, and peas. mullerlight.
HEA=milk
HEB=x2 alpen lights/shredded wheat ? not sure if an ex.
Syns=shapers bar 4.0
nairns oat biscuit 2.5
rich tea 2.0
fun size fudge 3.0
=11.5
Snacks of raw peas and carrot batons.
weigh in morro i really hope my mistake yesterday does not ruin what i've achieved so far. fingers crossed (and toes lol).
 
HI i've planned my meals for tomorrow as it WI plus i tend to stick with it more if its written down on here. Gonna do a ex easy week.

Lunch=Golden veg savoury rice, salad, 28g cheese. mullerlight and fruit.
Dinner after WI=tuna, pasta,sweetcorn and salad. mullerlight and sugar free jelly
Snacks=raw peas and carrot batons and fruit.
Syns=flake 8.5
nairn fruit oaty 2.5

Hey :) I think it's great that you're keeping a diary on here, wish I had the patience to type mine out, I just about remember to write things down! Is your 8lb loss since 6/04? If so, WOW! Wish mine was going as well :( Trying to keep up with things but some days I just feel rubbish, esp today... xxx

hi yes ive lost 8lb in about 5wks really proud of that i had a blip on sunday which i think may show at WI today though but back on track i tend to write my diary laying in bed with a funsize bar of choc only take one with me that way not tempted to binge if thats any help i enjoy writing them it might help you to write a weight loss diary that way you can write your feelings down as well and we can help you or give you a boost when you most need it.(going to work now good luck try to think positive and you'll get there)

Dinner- at alpha= x2 quorn sausages,baked beans,veg and new potatoes.honey.1 tsp.
snacks= fruit and fat free muller lights x1 cherry layered-2.5 syns
dairy milk 6g-1.5 syns
weetabix oaty bar-3.5 syns ?
fibre +-6.0 syns or HEB
total= 13.5
