well after writing an explanation on how the Rosemary Conley programme works i'm feeling more and more positive so as of tomorrow i'l start a diary and seeing as im of to london for a day and staying in a hotel tomorrow night i'l need all the help i can getarty0036rink, cake oh and borough market lots of fooooood!
