Not an interesting name for an obvious post but never mind....
So woke feeling positive seeing as children are back at school I'm at work (got a cleaning business so quite physical)
BREAKFAST.. porridge with water and small splash of milk on top - 3pts
SNACK.. cereal bar - 1.5pts
LUNCH.. small pot of pasta and quark think it's about 3pts but will check and edit if need be. Be back to update dinner later

Tad bit to much alcohol but hey it was a good night. And stayed within points

Had to take daughter to her dance class this morning so was a quick coffee and fruit (apple and a kiwi).. 1pt for breakfast.

Went and bought a toaster today
so had a slice of ww toast with teaspoon of nutella.. 1.5pts
DINNER..
roast veggies with salad leaves and spoonful of yoghurt and 70g of mince.. 4.5pts

SNACKS..
Cheese string.. 1.5pts
Mini smarties choc Robin 21g.. 2.5pts
TOTAL.. 11pts

I'm aware my points are low but I started this at 10st 3.5lbs lost 0.5lbs in the first week as couldn't get into it.
2nd week lost 4lbs.
3rd week put on 3lbs as on holiday
I weight in on Tuesday 5.30pm hoping to have lost some of what I've gained will then gradually introduce some carbs again.

Bad day yesterday so crossed it out and carried on today....
Yoghurt and agarve for breakfast.... 1.5pts
Salad and wafer ham for lunch.... 1pt
70g Boiled ham, roast butternut onions, peppers and garlic for dinner..... 2.5pt

Hopefully counteract the 30 odd I had yesterday. Weigh in tomorrow about 5.30pm.
