Hey does any one no this recipe if so can they post it or tell me if this is right please???

3 eggs
5 scan bran
1 sachet choc options
40z sweetner

Is this what you're looking for:

[FONT=Verdana, serif]Scan Bran Chocolate Cake
4 ½ syns total, If using scanbran as healthy extra b choice count as 2 syns

5 scan bran – 2 ½ syns or 1 ‘b’ choice
3 beaten eggs – free
Chocolate options-2 syns
Orange essence 1 cap full-optional
½ mug sweetener – free

Method
Mash and moisten scan bran with boiling water. Whisk egg whites separately. Add all the other ingredients, and then fold in egg whites, [/FONT][FONT=Verdana, serif]Then put mixture into bowl. Place in the microwave on high for 5 mins. Serve when cooled down.
You can replace the orange essence with vanilla and use ooh la vanilla option etc. Works well with any flavour.[/FONT]
