Chocolate Weetabix 8 syns? Can it be a HEXB with fewer syns?

I adore chocolate weetabix and just checked and the syns online said it was 8 syns on all plans! Can we make it lower syns by counting as HEXB?

Our consultant told us they were 2 for a HEXB + 2 syns ( for the chocolate chips i suppose.. )..
