My brand new food diary, nothing will get in my way! :D my diary will be a mix of extra easy and green :D

Extra easy

Breakfast – large field mushroom, with an egg fried in frylight & 2 slices nimble – free & hexb

Snack – banana – free

Lunch – chicken & mushroom batchelors pasta n sauce with lettuce, cucumber, chillies & red onion, choc & orange mullerlight – free

Snack – pineapple, strawberries & grapes – free

Dinner – chicken stifry with egg noodles(dried)with fresh chillies, chilli powder, garlic powder & soy sauce – free

snack - meanie crisps & an orange - 4 syns & free

(300ml of the one milk used in coffee/tea throughout the day – hexa)

2 coconut ring biscuits - 4 syns

Syns – 8/105

(out tomorrow night so will use majority of my syns for the week then tryin not to use many today or tommorrow! Lol)

Green day

Breakfast – 1 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk & sliced banana – free, hexb & hexa

Snack- grapes & choc & vanilla mullerlight– free

Lunch – omelette with tomatoes, peppers, onion & sweetcorn with beans, packet of meanie crisps – free & 4 syns

Snack – orange & a peach – free

Dinner – 2 slices of nimble with tin of Heinz spaghetti – free & hexb (out 2nte so a quick dinner :D)

(250ml semi skimmed milk used in coffee throughout day - hexa)
