Hi everyone:) well as u all know i restarted for umpteenth time on wed night, but now the difference is i am determined to succeed:) i will be doing a mix of ee and green and will use my syns weekly depending on my plans for the week, so here goes :D

Thurs 26.4.12

EE 105 syns for week

Breakfast - omelette with bacon, tomato & peppers & alpen bar - free part hexb

Lunch - rice with chicken, sweetcorn&peppers with sweet chilli sauce, apple, orange & mullerlight - free 3 syns

Dinner - (out with friend) chicken on skewers with garlic fries, tikka dip, coleslaw & side salad - 25 syns

Snacks - alpen light - part hexb

**250ml semi skimmed milk - hexa**

Total syns - 28
Syns left - 77

Friday 27.4.12

Green day 77 syns left

Breakfast - 2 slices of nimble with tsp flora & banana - hexb free & 1.5 syns

Snack - apple & orange - free

Lunch - roast chicken mugshot & wholemeal pitta with tsp mustard - free hexb & 0.5 syns

Dinner - baked potato with 30g cheddar cheese, side salad & tbsp sweet chilli - free hexa & 1.5 syns

Snack - kit kat & mouthful of icecream - 7.5 syns

Lunch - chicken salad with lettuce, onion, peppers, hard boiled egg, coleslaw & mugshot - free & 6 syns

Dinner - chicken with mushrooms, onions tomato & sw chips with some gravy - free & 1.5 syn

Snack - breakaway - 5 syns
Half slice bread - 2.5 syns

Well iv had a really good week so far and all syns accounted for :D BUT was woke up this mornin with soda, potato bread, pancake, bacon & egg for breakfast ? but no need to panick iv syns to cover it:) altho im at chinese 2nte so gonna have2 pick sensibly.. Mmmm what to have..

Extra easy day

Breakfast - half soda, large pancake, potato bread, bacon & egg - 19.5 syns woozaaah!

Snack - apple, banana, orange ww yoghurt - free

Lunch - 2 slices nimble with beans - hexb free

Dinner - out to chinese so either curry with boiled rice or beef in black pepper/black bean - 10 syns

Total syns - 29.5
Syns left - 16.5

Really need to be careful until wednesday...
