Well done to everyone, I never even got to join. I struggled the last quarter of the year and spent about 10 weeks on crutches. Sitting here now 27th Dec and finally have a treatment plan for early 2022 so hoping to get full mobility back. Meantime going to get back on track with a proper eating plan ready to get back to exercise once given the all clear.
