Chuffy's Success Express 2 Week Challenge

The far east grub was lush!
Saturday
Breakfast - Banana and a vanilla and choc mullerlight
Snacks - 2 Alpen light bars (hexB)
lunch - 3 egg omelette with cheese (Hex A), ham, lettuce, tomato and cucumber, 2tblsp brown sauce (2 syns), 2tblsp light salad cream (4syns)
dinner - quorn fillet, passata, onion, curry spices and rice. Skinny cow double choc ice cream (4.5syns)

Sunday
Breakfast - wholemeal roll (hexB), poached egg, grilled bacon, 2 tblsp ketchup (2 syns)
Snack - banana
Lunch - Pasta 'n' sauce leek and ham (1 syn)
Snack - 175ml whole milk (hexA) and banana
Dinner - roast pork, roast potatoes, cauliflower, sweetcorn, carrots, gravy (3 syns)
cadbury half fat mousse x2(6 syns)

Mondays diary

Breakfast - 175ml whole milk (hexA) and 2 weetabix (hexB)

snack - banana and a rhubarb mullerlight

lunch - pasta 'n'sauce med veg and tomato (1 syn + 4floz milk, 4 syns), large corn on the cob

dinner - large grilled gamon steak, plain baked potato, peas, 2 tblsp ketchup (2 syns), 1 tblsp frenches american mustard (0.5 syn)
1/2 fat choc mousse (3 syns)

i know breakfast is repetitive but i like weetabix and it keeps me going through the morning, and it's quick to eat before school!
Roll on weigh day tomorrow!
