when i go with hubby i take mini tub of mixed fruit from tesco/asda.

In the end I took fruit and snack a jacks but my friend took sugar free lollipops which I think are about 2 syns each, so had 2 with some fruit. Really did the trick! x x

I LOVE those! But you don't get many in the bag. I'm all about the more the merrier (for 4 syns)

Its gotta be swizzel matlow rainbow drops all teh way...28g=4 syns and my word 28g is plenty so if you wanted to use all your sysns for teh day on that you could get the lrgest pack which is 11.5 syns and its super sweet and filling

Marks and Spencer do Sweet and Salty (it's nicer than it sounds, trust me) Popcorn for 145 calories (just over 7 syns) at 65p. It was 28g I think. They also did a Salt Flavour but I couldn't see any other flavour and I don't know the syns for that flavour.
