I've just made a choc mint muffin which tasted a liitle bland so sprinkled a very very small amount of cinnamon on the top.I can't face shakes at the moment so have switched to muffins.
But is cinnamon allowed or will it effect my weight loss.
Not sure what week you're on, but cinnamon and nutmeg are best left to week 3 when ketosis is really established.Even then, should be okay, but watch out for any unexplained hunger pangs. Some people are more sensitive than others
