Glad to see you back hun, i am getting back on track today too.
 
100lb loss would be amazing. I can never see myself loosing that much, so I'm just plodding along and taking each week as it comes! Not much else I can do.

I may have a gain by monday but then thats it I have NO excuses for nights out and so on! So full steam ahead!

Soooooo!!

Im bk on plan as of tomm and gna do it BIG time this week - I have a night out sat so gna cut bk this week and be careful on sat - well thats the plan - Im now not WI til Next Monday as I dont wanna see this week and least I know whatever next week will be it will be less - I have made Paul hide the scales lol

So Im gna try and walk to school with Molly 3/4 mornings this week and maybe home! Try the old Wii Fit etc :)

So my plans are in place - we have planned our meals for the week - fabulous!

There we go I will update as per...

Had a great weekend and think was good to blow out really - I may have gained a few lb in fact I know I have - I aint bothered! I know can get off!

Right Im back!!

I have walked to the school this morn took my ped and I walked 6600 steps, 3.1 miles n cant remember how many cals lol

Feel better for that and will do that again on wed and fri....

Stuffed Pepper with Rice and Corn on the Cob
MullerLight with Strawberries
Tea, Water and Diet Coke

Im changing my WI days!

They are now a friday... Mainly because I have a lot of things coming up and dreading the WI on a monday - not that I will go mad over the weekend but I have a chance to pull it bk kwim in the week! So I will now WI on a friday!
