I Seriously need a KICK!!

Put on a Stone and a bit and NOT happy!!

I am back from tomm, going to weigh on friday and then the following friday!

I have started work and need a routine for food etc so lots of planning and Im gna do it!

So HELP HELP HELP!!!!

Right well heres day 1 and Im actually quite excited!

I have bee shopping and got fruit and veggies and some quark!

So today this is the plan

Red Day
Slice of w/m bread with Poached Eggs
Banana
Yogurt (WW Vanilla)
Apple and Strawberries
Chicken Stir Fry (Beansprouts, Mushrooms, Peppers and Water Chestnuts) with Soy Sauce
Strawberries and Quark (mixed with sweetner)
White Hot Chocolate Options drink (2 syns)

Erm I may add stuff to it! But thats as it stands!

Off to work for 1pm but gotta get DD at 11.30am...

Anyhoo as aint been on for so long, Im working as a Teaching Asst, 1-2-1 with a 3yo girl who is prof deaf. Shes a wee gem.

Also I have 3 weeks to shift at least 7lb as I am going to be a Godmother (Im very excited about that!!)

So since my wedding I have had 2 other weddings, DD Holy Communion, christenings and parties and so on that I aint had a chance to come down yet! Blah so heres to diet this week and shifting a lb or 2 before friday!

What a waffle!!

Red Day
Cheese on Toast (1 slice w/m)
Banana
Yogurt
Apple (before work!)
Pork Chop with Brocolli, Cauliflower and Carrots - cheese sauce using Quark
Strawberries with a Meringue (2.5 syns)
Mint Skinny Cow Hot Choc (2 syns)

Lots of Water and 2/3 Cups of Tea

Ha ha ha I know!

Iv had a few over syn wise today - well maybe if I have the meringue - So I might skip that and just have a hot choc!

At work today made a fruit skewer and it was lush, pineapple, melon (slither) strawberries, apple and banana! YUMMY!!

V nice!

Good Morning!!

Well very brief today as went to sports day, home got changed and ready to go!!

Been a bit naughty and had a quick sausage roll :X

Got spag bol for dinner and off to buy a pineapple this morning for pudding! xxx

UPDATE!!

Well I never got the pineapple so strawberries will have to do!!

Had me bol no spag tho! hahaha!

Gonna try and drink a few pints of water as not drunk a lot today!

Gotta plan tomm as DD Sports day, then other DD to Pre-School and then off to work

Fruit (may take a lot in my bag :D)
Dinner (Red but not sure so will update tomm eve!!)
Water and 1 or 2 cups of tea depending on milk left

Sometimes it's easier to stick to when you are at home but once you are in the swing of being back to work you will find a good routine and it will be easy.
 
Aww welcome back hun! I know how you feel. I've got 15lb to target and it's just not happening! I also want to do it in 3 months before we emigrate to Canada.

Need to get my butt to the gym!

Yep - only the asda wholemeal one though, it counts as a HexB. I've not tried one yet but love the thought of a *nearly* proper kebab! x
