Hahaha, bless ya More you do make me laugh with your hair etc. Not too long now till i'm healthy bmi wise n hopefully healthy non-flu wise too. I've not bought a ready meal, just a chicken breast frozen n ready to whack in the oven (just put it in as we speak), some frozen green vegs which you can micro n mash. Really not too worried about the mash tbh.
and the meds are kicking in... The 2 lb gain could be water you know.. you had a loss like 2 days ago and now a gain. You know how the scale goes especially when you are sick or TOTM.. I wouldnt worry too much about the oatmeal it does ahve a lot of carbs but if you are starting to re-introduce then dont worry too much about it
