Morning Claire, any plans for today love?
 
Flat coffee with full fat milk at costas courtesy of mum :) took along a 1 carb milk choc bar from lcm, tasted like kinder egg choc. Home now n vaguely awake. Time to put some choons on n do some housework.

Haha. Was nice meeting mum for a coffee jim. I'm round her house tmoz to make a scrapbook for my grandad's 80th Bday. So getting the boring admin done today so it's out the way for the weekend.

Sneaky wi this morning showed 1lb off n then stepped on again to confirm n it then showed 2lb off lol. Official day is tmoz. Either way I'll be pleased really. Dodgy ww electric scales me thinks lol.
 
I think those digital ones are nasty, mine can flicker and go up and down while you're looking a the weight. LOl.
 
Of course, though I've always believed how your clothes are feeling is a better indication Claire
 
Yes, me too Jim. Aside from my water podge i do feel as though they are getting a little better around my bum n thighs. I'm sure the rubber ring type podge will soon disappear. I've necked 3 pints of sf squash during the housework spree so i'm 'trying' to be a good girl.

Just made slow cooker chicken curry :D Yum. Cooking away for my tea later on. Settled down with a coffee with cream now and just had a slice of haslet. So it's a 1 carb choc bar n slice of haslet so far today lol. I'm sure my chicken will make up for it later on though as there's tinned toms n a lil onion in it.
 
I haven't had haslet in years Claire, I think it's a Northern thing. Yum Yum
 
Recommend dodgy analogue scales - they move while you are watching so your choice whether feeling optimistic or pessimistic :D

Alternatively ban them altogether lol
 
Well other than the rubber ring like water podge thing I've got going on I feel like I've lost a little maybe. To be honest I'm looking at low carbing as a way of life rather than just as a diet to lose weight on so so long as I do keep losing bit by bit I'll be pleased as to eat relatively what I want within reason to keep going down in size n weight would be great

Morning all

Working normal hrs this week but two evenings late into the night. Dunno how or where I can get food from. Gonna have to make a trip food shopping today n take a packup salad each day so I've at least got something with me. Salad doesn't generally fill me up tho n no idea if I'll have anywhere to store it as I'm working away from normal place.
