ended up getting home really late last night so had to eat therefore today is officially day 1 
so far so good had 1 pack, will have 2 meal packs for dinner then a shake for later whenever I need it! all set to distract myself, got hair dye needing topped up and nails to be manicured! must say my head is freakin killing me just now, topping up on water and maybe a nurofen to tide me over!
still, here's to day 1! xxx
